Carroll's collection of military rings began ten years ago with Great Seal, designed after the Great Seal of The United States. Each of his military rings carries a different significance of the bald eagle in the history of America. “I wanted to design a military ring with a strong look. I needed a military ring to be heavy in weight, and extreme in detail.
